The ONLY social medias of EPFL Rocket Team are the ones managed by the Communication team.
ANY post regarding a sponsor should go through the VP COM or a COM Team Member. They will review it and take care of posting it on the official account.
Under NO circumstances can any member promise any promotion on the ERT account without the agreement of the VP COM.
The EPFL Rocket Team has a graphic charter, i.e. all the visual elements derived from our logo. The graphic charter, including all templates for all types of documents, posts, clothes, etc., can be found here :
Each project of the EPFL Rocket Team also has its own distinctive mission patch. All mission patchs, current and past, can be found here :
The graphic charter was designed by a graphist, so please follow these instructions carefully in order to ensure an harmony within our branding material.

To communicate online, the EPFL Rocket Team uses its website and social media.
The EPFL Rocket Team uses 5 social media : Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. Social media are used according to the following information :
When you write posts for social media, you may read the following material to learn more about the specific procedure and general text writing :
When the ERT is preparing a major event or has just achieved somehting exemplary, it may be worth contacting the press.
Before doing so, you have to clearly identify, in the current situation, what is worth an article/coverage. Remember that journalists usually write about something that is new, exceptionnal, and is of general interest (example : student launch in Wasserfallen, which is the first launch ever of a rocket in the country). Less frequently, they may write on something that is not a "news" but is a situation that reveals a deeper change in a particular field (example : we are preparing a competition, and a journalist talks about the implications of such student competitions on the future of the swiss space industry).
When you know what you will propose to the press, contact one/some of the journalists in the document below. When chosing who to contact, pay attention to the editorial policy of the media he/she is working for.
When you wish to have your post shared by EPFL official social media pages or request some help to EPFL to enhance press coverage, write an email explaining the news to :
